International Overdose Awareness Day is on Tuesday, August 31st, and it’s time we brought more attention to this deadly epidemic.
Scott H. Silverman was featured this weekend in the Times of San Diego newspaper.
Per Scott, “the number one weapon we have for fighting substance use disorder is education. Talk to your children. Start them young. Make sure they know exactly how harmful drugs can be and how easily an accidental overdose can occur.”
